Manufactured from tough twin-walled aluminium slats with an insulating core, the curtain is held in place with high performance webbing that is unaffected by extremes of temperature. A strong extruded top slat and a patented comb locking mechanism provides security and effectively resist attack by would be intruders.
We use only quality garage doors manufactured here in the UK, if you are receiving a quote from other installers check they are not using lower quality imported doors which unfortunatley we are increasingly called out to repair. Yes the doors are manufactured in the UK by a long established company that ironically began in a garage in the Northwest of England back in 1985. All our Garage Doors are made in a purpose-built factory using state-of-the-art machinery and tried and tested manufacturing methods. We have a long established trading relationship with a prominent German supplier for our raw materials combining the best in British engineering and quality German products.
All doors have a minimum 5 year manufacturers warranty across all hardware, motors and control units with some models having 7 year and other models up to 10 years depending on the type of finish.
Roller Doors are 12-14 days and Sectional Doors are 12-21 days (approximately).
All doors include safety features such as anti-entrapment, safety brake and manual override to comply with current H&S standards.
